At Vidan, we believe health or lack thereof is observable in our biology, shaped by societal infrastructure, and most deeply rooted in relationships between self, neighbor, and environment.
Take smoking: Inhaling carcinogens can make one develop lung cancer. Societal structures make cigarettes accessible and profitable. How we value the well-being of ourselves, others, and the environment shapes whether we tolerate consuming or selling harmful substances in the first place.

Aligned with our understanding of health, we execute projects alongside organizations and communities to address all three levels of Vidan's BSR framework.
At the top, we codesign and deliver lifestyle medicine education to maximize people's knowledge of what healthy choices are—for them and their environment. In the middle, we work alongside organizations to secure health and education supplies and infrastructure to maximize people's access to make healthy choices. At the bottom, we incorporate reflective practices in our curricula and project management software to engender motivations to make healthy choices.
